​​​​​​​3D Mammograms

Our highest priority at Breastnet is to offer the most comprehensive exam in a caring, compassionate, friendly, spa-like environment with same-day results. 

Breakthroughs in technology have made it possible to take the highest quality images while lowering the dose of radiation from previous 2D and even 3D mammography systems. We use the Hologic Selenia Dimensions with 3D Quorom — the newest 3D mammogram technology with significantly reduced radiation compared to other mammograms. Breastnet has also invested in this state-of-the-art equipment which also incorporates the SmartCurve™ breast stabilization system for a more comfortable exam.

​​​​​​​Breast Ultrasounds

Breast ultrasounds are often indicated for women with dense breast tissue. While 3D Mammograms are the standard of care, breast ultrasounds are often recommended for adjunctive screening.

We offer whole breast ultrasound as well as targeted ultrasound for worrisome areas.

Our caring and friendly Ultrasound Technologists are board-certified with specialized training in breast ultrasound. They are passionate about what they do and are here to make your exam as pleasant as possible.

​​​​​​​Biopsies

We understand that needing a biopsy can be extremely stressful. At Breastnet, if you need a biopsy, we will fit you into our schedule right away, often in the same visit. Most times biopsy results are received the next business day.

We perform two different types of biopsies. Stereotactic (Mammogram Guided) and Ultrasound Guided. Different types of irregularities are more easily seen on mammograms or ultrasounds. Either way, our caring and skilled technologists are equipped to assist the doctor in performing the necessary procedure.

Our breast health-related consultations are performed with the radiologist and include a custom assessment of breast cancer risk, and breast health-related consultations such as diet, exercise, hormones, and lifestyle modifications.
